No need for shame. It’s no different than needing meds for any other illness or condition. Take whatever the doc gives you consistently. I always say if it’s a choice between taking the meds or curling up in the foetal position crying all day, my choice is easy.

I pick up some casual work for the electoral commission whenever there’s an election. A little extra cash is handy atm as my wife is having a hip replacement next week & there’s about $6K above our health insurance.
