Pendant ce temps, la douane française continue à racketer les individus qui osent acheter un article à l'étranger, et les transporteurs en profitent pour mettre leur patte avec des frais de dossier démesurés (récemment 20€ chez DHL pour 11€ de TVA pour un article à 52€). Deux poids deux mesures.
