It'a early days - and few details. #Health & #emergency services would find it challenging to absorb a $100,000 fee per #paramedic particularly for #rural or #underserved areas that already struggle with #recruitment. Conditions & exemptions could apply. (Another windfall for immigration lawyers?)

In the UK the NHS in England was recently told to slash #recruitment of overseas-trained medical staff.
