Honestly not sure but after my pots diagnosis it's been bad when I have gluten so I think it IS a sensitivity/allergy now

I was sick of having to buy overpriced tiny loaves of gluten free bread so naturally, I got 18lbs of gluten free flour and a whole new bread pan to make my own.
