I’ve heard from community health centers in Minnesota who are already looking at layoffs by the end of the day. May not be able to make payroll at the end of the week.

Learning intuitive eating techniques prior to going on GLP-1s I think is helping me from dealing with the really bad side effects, because I can focus on the portions and be more mindful about eating but still understand when I’m hungry and full. I’m not afraid of that hunger. #zepbound #glp1
