La Culture toujours oubliée des budgets de l’Etat, et crée par les plus précaires. Pourtant quand on y a plus accès c’est tout un système qui s’écroule.

Ça traque les arrêts maladie jusqu’à chez eux pour instaurer des jours de carence, ça flique les chômeurs même sur leurs réseaux sociaux, ça piste les bénéficiaires du RSA pour 600€ mais surtout faut arrêter de stigmatiser quand ils sèchent les séances sur l’avenir du pays
