I had actually never played SF3 before getting a Dreamcast. Was absolutely incredible playing an almost mythical game, and one that looked so good, at home.

The MD JP Arcade Power sticks are so much better than what we got in the West, given both versions are micro switched. Even with all the various adapters that allow you to play with modern equipment, these are still great sticks.
