Könnte das evtl der Grund dafür sein, dass Putins Claquere und fünfte Kolonne gerade so aktiv sind? Warum verhandeln die Russen gerade jetzt?

“The main russian reserve in Donbas has been deployed. The entire 76th Division, an elite air-assault unit and that’s exactly who we are grinding down now at an impressive pace. In one day, one enemy battalion was wiped out”

It’s an amazing loss of Russian life. Today’s figures.

This is a good detailed story. At one point, direct resistance electric heating protected the early vine shoots from frost...

I remain skeptical that grapevines in Germany really need protection from the sun.

Also the last bit is basically "winegrowing is way harder than PV", which, yeah.

Navalnaya is at best irrelevant, but more likely she is part if the problem. No mention of Ukraine when talking "difficult moment". What an idiot or, worse, chauvinist she is.
"I really have big hopes for Russia," Yulia Navalnaya said in an interview at our #POLITICO28 Gala in Brussels.

"I understand that it’s very difficult moment. It’s very difficult moment for Europe, and, of course, it’s an awful time for Russia."

Will be nice for Austrians, Belgians, Hungarians and Slovaks to, for the rest of their lives, carry the shame of having been on Russia's side in its genocidal war against Ukraine. We remember few things as well as who did what and who supported who during a war.

PM Robert Fico says he will veto any funding tied to Ukraine’s military, invoking Trump’s peace efforts and rejecting last-minute compromises—putting Kyiv’s 2025 financing at risk.

There's just too much cowardice, too much defeatism, excuses about not destabilizing Russia, a strong will among some to return to business as usual, the false idea that Russia cannot be beaten. Only Ukraine spills its blood. But Ukraine will eventually win because otherwise it will be exterminated.

Our enemies have weaknesses though. We still have supporters in the U.S. and the Trump government is too incompetent to act as anything else than a sidekick to Russia. Russia is close to economic disaster. China has a brewing realestate and banking crisis. Iran has a population eager for freedom.
This is the message that European leaders must share with their citizens. The situation for our dear Europe is serious and dire. We must prepare for war, and the best way to do so is to speed up our arms industries and send as many guns as we can to Ukraine. No use for them in our storages.

Ja!
