Twitter was good because funny accounts and younger pop culture (artists, gaming, youtube/twitch) were on the front page. There’s no reason for younger users to open Bluesky when I can get all that (very reliably) from TikTok, Reddit or even YouTube communities.

I think If Bluesky wants to survive something serious needs to be done about the 30-40 demographic doing “old man yells out cloud”. The stress/ cringe I have reading Bluesky vs TikTok is pretty crazy. Twitter already had an aging userbase and it seems Bluesky is barrelling into a worse age position.
