I upgraded one of my web applications tonight. I made a simple (stupid) error.
Missing my own error, I submitted a low-priority ticket to my host @opalstack.com: ten minutes later, response and fixed.
Nick was kind, knowing showing me the fix would make me realize my error. Great support as always.
