I have to believe he's built a ton of loyalty among customers. I look to CostCo 1st for items I want to buy & so do my sisters. I was checked out the other day by a woman who's worked at Costco x20 yrs. Her daughter was working in the next lane. This is the type of business the U.S. needs more of.
