But, if you are sick (cold, flu, covid) and are out shopping in a crowded store and are not masked, that's selfish and inconsiderate of others. Unfortunately, there are lots of those people in the world.

Nope. I don't wear a mask spring until early fall. That is unless I'm traveling in Asia (tropical Asia areas) then it's May through October.
Let me also be clear. I think masks prevent transmission. I do not support universal masking. I support individual choice.

I hate getting into this fray, but Asians have worn masks during flu season for decades. Americans have to do it for 2 years and freak out. I masked when traveling in Asian during winter for years b4 covid. I wear a mask when I fly & during flu season in public now. For me AND for others.

Tell me. I've been flying for 40 years and I've never experienced 1st flight delayed, 2nd flight delayed, 3rd flight canceled. I guess I've been lucky with only minor issues. Of all days to have it all finally catch up to me and made me pay for all those good flights.

I was rebooked onto three different #Delta flights today out of LAX. All were delayed and would cause me to miss an int'l connection. 4th flight was #United. Left on time and arrived early with 3 hours to spare. Not a happy stockholder!!
