PSA: Snap Chat filters work on #paintings.

Also the beta test successfully arrived at its destination, was NOT abducted, and only lost a few beads in transit.

Without further ado, I give you my #wip of Juice WRLD with my fave filter.

Painting in progress, portrait of Juice WRLD. The background is purple and pink smoke with a spotlight shining down from the upper right. He’s wearing a bright yellow Ransom t-shirt and his skin is still in the underpainting phase so it’s monochromatic in blue. This shit is on by default, you have to manually opt out. I never use my LinkedIn, but logged in for the first time in over a year - and there it was, toggled on. I turned it off then closed my acct. #linkedintrainsaiwithyourdata

To manually turn off go to:

Settings ➡️ Data Privacy ➡️ under
“How LinkedIn uses your data” click “Data for Generative AI improvement” ➡️ toggle off

Oh, honestly, that sounds like a metabolism thing (slows way down when you’re not getting anywhere near enough food, to keep weight on to survive the winter like the ancestors). Which of course still blows.

I was on food stamps when they looked like Monopoly money. I was a single mom, in school with a small child. They got us through a rough time and I will always be thankful. But all safety net programs supplement major corps that refuse to pay living wages. Poverty and capitalism go hand in hand.

I kind of love everything about this.

Once in a tiny waiting room at urgent care at night, I was facing the tv. Only other person, an older woman, faced the giant glass wall.

Body of Evidence (1993) was playing. That woman’s eyes were GLUED to the tv reflection 😂 Best urgent care visit ever.
