In the end, it's similar to wait for comms to open again, the difference being you have a guaranteed slot. No need to keep watch or miss chances.

I, of course, will close comms. In that case, you may still talk to me. I won't work immediately but I'll save you a spot.

I may get more than one request from the same person. That counts as entering the waitlist again. When I take your 2nd request, there will likely be people ahead of you. I won't be able to work on it immediately.

Urgent comms are accepted, but a rush fee will be charged.

Doing so, customers who would "miss the chance of getting a slot" can still be in line to get their comms without having to wait until I open again and maybe even miss it again.

A bit about my comms:

Many artists work with slots. They open a few and close again.
I work with a waitlist instead. Whenever comms are open and I accept a new one, I add the person to my waitlist.

Instead of taking 4 commissions, I take... 20 (wait, I'll explain)

Cats adapt well and quick to new environments but they grieve. When I moved, my cats got separated (one is my sibling's) and my cat started meowing out loud, got scared easily, etc. To us the cat is obviously alive, but not for her. Took 2/3 weeks to adapt. Give your baby love and appetizing treats!
