Mild jealousy that's what's up just had call from mate at Crewe Station. Not jealous of that obvs but he is en route to EFC v Newcastle meaning he'll get to see stadium before I do. More mundane observations to follow...

Worth a read. Much of what they do is. I love their work and will be horribly disappointed if Nesta turn out to have a puppy farm in the basement or some other iffy source of funding.

Looking forward to seeing American friends Grady and Julie tomorrow up west though, perhaps less, some of their stories. Last one Grady told me involved armed militia* in their local park by the swings he pushes his grandchildren on and the pond guarding against Antifa mallards.

Rewatched American Psycho last night. Really good film except first time I saw it I knew it was satire, second time (i.e. last night) realised it's actually more of a documentary on where we are now. #mundane

I think it's great that Birmingham City get a new stadium and good luck to them but when I saw Heatherwick involved I immediately had concerns. I sincerely hope no public money involved he's not coughed up for Garden Bridge or Routemaster bus fiascos yet.

I suppose given today's news this is not Boris Johnson's greatest failing.
London's (GLA's) finances made worse if West Ham relegated. Mishandled stadium deal by ex mayor Johnson, losing us money from beyond the grave as it were. Periodic reminder that hunting Johnson with dogs is still allowed in many LDN boroughs.
