Rainy day 🌧️ drinking BLT 2025 Simao dongfang meiren oolong. It's not from Taiwan, but I'm not well-versed in baihao anyway and it's $0.28/g

Tea was super floral & fruity with a lovely sweetness. I can taste the soap hint someone on steepster mentioned but it is a good cup! I'm excited to drink more

I'm excited to try their smoked "Pioneer" Tongmuguan Zhengshan Xiaozhong and see how it compares to the Songyan Xiaozhong I have.

Also excited to try their "rainbow" dancong sampler (standard quality as I'm inexperienced with dancongs).

Had a great time learning Apiary tonight! As a former bee researcher, I absolutely loved the theme and I really liked how workers strength increased over time. I also learned Acquire (1963) which was a bunch of fun as well. #boardgames

#boardgame night of Terracotta Army (2022) followed up with a quick game of Big Shot (2001).

I really enjoyed TC's rotating action rings. I always felt I had good options to choose from even if actions and scoring could change on a dime.. leaving me to recalculate my turn last minute.

The auction boardgame Big Shot. Players bid on sections of the map by buying cubes at auction and placing them. Majority wins a section, ties are eliminated.
