Since my landlord is keeping me in my tenancy right to the very end of the contract… Maybe I could utilise the sofa in my current place as a temporary one for my new place until my new sofa gets delivered… Then just move the old one back before the tenancy ends 😂

The landlord does not seem to want two months rent paid early as well as an unoccupied apartment allowing them to find a new tenant and get two extra months rent on top of the lump sum.
