As i read it,
1. The AI reported "Gun!"
2. School called the cops.
3. THEN the school double-checked the AI, found a false positive & called the cops off.
4. But the cops were already responding & followed thru. Strikes me as proper procedure by the cops.

Lucky it wasn't Skittles in Florida.

Observing him & as a Vietnam vet, I'm sorta glad that ol' Donnie TACO ducked out of military service. If he'd gone in, I'm sure he'd have been an incompetent Milo Minderbinder wannabe. And probably gotten some good men killed.

I've been saying this for years. As I watch inflation shrink my fixed income retirement. As I worry about access to medicine. As children go hungry. As mothers work to pay for childcare so they can work. As people are murdered daily. I say what we really need is a big ass ballroom.

I have a similar back problem. Using a TENS unit on the road & after I stop gives me a lot of relief.

Long, long ago, I once drove 987 miles in one day , GA-TX, in a flippin' Volkswagen. Stopped for the night, ordered a beer w/dinner. Waitress: "We're dry." Saddest words ever.

I was Army Intel in the late 60's - early 70's. We monitored anti-war activities & actors as possible threats to Army bases & personnel. We were repeatedly told "Good Job." That suddenly changed to "OMG! What are you doing?!!" & the hammer came down. Heads rolled. Current security types take heed.
