Who would play Boudini opposite Jackman, is my question
that wouldn't really fit in Remington compared to most Baltimore neighborhoods but it may apply to the city as a whole from a rich people/real estate perspective.
then, like me, you must just looove the part of the listing where they state that the yard is "room for a future addition"
I know I'm a drama queen but calling this 400k dream house a "starter home" makes me sick and I think the realtor should be fined for doing so

you can power a city with this!
a lot of people reacting to this story who don't understand that the word "can" does not mean the same thing as the word "will" 🫠
the irony is that the video people get $ book deals but my readers are... readers.
i relate to this in that if I started my blog today, I would get absolutely zero traction if I didnt do video. (which I dont.) As it is I already get quickly lapped by people who do video within months of their projects starting up.. but it'd be even more bleak I think.
One of the weird things about being an Old Webcartoonist is I often feel like I got unfairly grandfathered into a better system we used to have? Like I know lots of younger artists who get way more clicks or views or whatever who make very little money.
I just saw a link for an event and it had so many comments acting entitled to a recording or an online version of that specific event that it made me want to stop making my map app (I wont). Not everything can be in every format.
This lady got a $$ bookdeal and I'm so jealous lol. But also good for her
This was a perfectly functional filemaker application with many complex functions built in over 10 years of use and I basically decided to rebuild it from scratch with pg and js... why? To stress myself out? because filemaker annoys me? (that last one is quite true..)
I've been kinda working my butt off lately and it feels awesome but I wonder how long it can last. Like in addition to all the bodily maintenance/health/mobility stuff I have to do I've been working on cemetery tour stuff, then "for fun" when I have time I work on this database project..
so many people follow this person but every time they end up in my feed over the years they are just saying dense, ignorant, or nonsensical stuff
The staleness really does make a difference

Larry Ellison envisions a surveillance state in which techbros rule. '“Citizens will be on their best behavior, because we’re constantly recording and reporting everything that is going on,” Ellison said in an hour-long Q&A during Oracle’s Financial Analyst Meeting last week.'

after doing a lot of brand research the probably best one for me can be had on ebay for about $50 plus shipping so I think I'm gonna just go for it after all.
hopefully I can find one because this will be a matter of me taking apart my own books to scan them and then putting them back together and I have ~400 of them
no! dont see one in the tool library or openworks though. they're kinda heavy things. one also has to have a supply of combs to use - a lot of mine wont be reuseable due to age and brittleness
yeah theyre annoying to use but its my best option
haha i just griped about this

hey its me, I'm a typical careless bad driver who makes no effort to take note of my surroundings or be thoughtful in any way. Except for right now when, while you wait, it is absolutely necessary for me to take great pains to back into this parking space.
I finally have the programming in place to organize scanned cookbooks for import into my database. Problem now is the actual scanning.
Its too bad a good comb binder costs like $500 because the best strategy tbh would be to disassemble them, feed scan them, then reassemble with said binder.
