This trend of ads where an actor pretends to be an influencer sitting in their car, telling their phone about some amazing product they just discovered and have to share with their followers (us, I guess). They show this fake crap on actual TV here in Australia.

For my new soundset I went down a hoover rabbit hole. I discovered that the hoover that was sampled by many, many drum and bass artists doesn't come from Beltram's Mentasm, it is actually from Jessie Deep's track S.H.U.M. So badass. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz9o...

Saw Bugonia last night, and was curious about the memorable typeface used in the film's branding. As an ex-pat New Zealander I was pleasantly surprised to discover that is was designed by Samoan/New Zealand designer Joseph Churchward: collections.tepapa.govt.nz/object/91526...

Revenge was my Halloween night film. ROB’s score is outstanding. So grimy. Not technically a horror film though? So I may watch The Lost Boy later!
