My pipes froze last night
Sometimes I forget that this site allows AI slop and then I get jump-scared by it.
With the presumption that what you're seeing is real, a glamor shot of what looks like a skeleton with enormous breasts and doll eyes is genuinely frightening.

Hopping into this: if you're ok with AI slop on the cover of your book, it probably just sucks as a book too.
Not sure it's even possible to be detail oriented enough to write well but simultaneously just not notice how bad gen ai looks.

Self-published authors are unfortunately very rapidly becoming my most-blocked demographic on here due entirely to the rampant use of hideous AI generated book covers
