I think about this very often.

The camera has zoomed out, so we're seeing brown hair still looking at the ham, standing in front of a cracked surface on which the dead jellyfish lies.
Fourth and last panel: Brown hair says: "Alright, point taken. Any spelling or grammar issues?"
Black hair is just looking at brown hair, sadly.

It's only the second day of #bookvember and already I have to pass.
I can't think of a children's book that might have influenced me in a way relevant to this question. Or any other way.
Can't even name one I'd recommend or consider interesting enough to mention here.

Thanks! I was unlucky about finding the right artist for the image and it actually delayed my progress for at least half a year so I'm really happy I finally stumbled upon bsky.app/profile/auru... and got the cover art the story needs.
(I realise you probably meant something else by "hilarious".)
