When workers can’t access paid leave, they’re forced out of the workforce, hurting families and our economy. NJ must pass A3451 to expand family leave protections to businesses with 5+ employees to ensure more NJ workers can access paid leave.

New Jersey has reopened the Child Care Assistance Program with priority applications now open, and full reopening in Jan 2026. A step forward, but nowhere near enough to fix the state's childcare crisis. NJ still needs real, long-term, affordable childcare solutions.

Lawmakers could have addressed this issue a long time ago but chose to overlook it. We'd have preferred there to be no lawsuits, but this practice of auto insurance rates being tied to insurers' education and occupation is blatantly discriminatory and needs to change.

The threats reported this morning in several counties are a clear attempt to undermine our democratic system and intimidate New Jerseyans from going to the polls to exercise their right to vote. Let me be clear: there is no credible threat to New Jerseyans' safety at the polls.
