Remains of Alex “Irlandets” Ryzhuk, a 20yo from Rathmines, Ireland killed by Russian drone in Aug 2024, have been identified through DNA testing.

His body confirmed after Italian lab crosschecks. Ryzhuk fought with the 3rd Brigade.

His funeral was held in Kryliv, with a Dublin memorial planned.

Overnight, Russia launched a drone attack on Ukraine using 110 UAVs, including around 70 Shaheds, from multiple directions. As of 09:00, Ukrainian air defense downed or jammed 84 drones across the north, south, and east. At least 24 drones hit 9 locations.
