The TP can't go below 0% or above max, and you can't cheese it by backing out and using it again, as the random values are determined at the start of each turn for each party member

Whose idea was it to make the discord pings spooky now?? I’m genuinely horrified anytime someone tries to talk to me. I joined a call and got so scared I had to leave, which then scared me even more. I can’t even talk to my girlfriend anymore because I’m too scared. This is fucked up discord 😡

So context, and Fun Deltarune Fact: the Zapper S-Action sound effect is just the fountain making sound effect sped up, but you don't hear it all the way through unless you interrupt the battle (i.e. by restarting the room in debug mode)
