One of the incentives was for Panda and I to complete the playthrough we started of Cassette Beasts, which I still fully intend to be present for (maybe with some other guests, considering the maximum player count allows for 8 players per session), but I think I'm content as a mod/'guest vtuber'. 🧵

Amaryllis either starts off with a Ralts, or a Tinkatink. Both are baby-like Pokemon she would naturally gravitate to caring for as something of a mom friend, but the Ralts line would be more focused on her magic and healing abilities, while Tinkatink's represents her martial prowess as a cleric. 🧵✂️

Nowhere's starter Pokemon is probably a Phantump because it's a cute, spooky tree Pokemon and they probably treat it like their own child because of how Phantump manifest according to the Pokedex. They take immense pride in raising it, likely only using it in battle as a last resort. 🧵

I don't consider books a lower art form, but I never would have read Lord of the Rings without seeing the films first. It just wasn't on my radar.

I think true activism has to include recognising when you are struggling and placing the trust in other people to hold the line while you fall back and recouperate. At the very least, you showing you know when to take a break might help others recognise their own limits, so you come back stronger.🧵✂️

Some things take the right mental attitude to do something about, and sometimes you need to insulate yourself to maintain that right attitude. I used to think letting myself be emotionally exposed almost 24/7 was the mark of a 'good' or 'true' activist, but I think that was short-sighted of me. 🧵

But I'm not a big fan of seeing headlines talking about what some dickhead politician's been up to, or receipts on whatever hatred is being slung towards any given group now, etc etc. 🧵
