Pretty much as far back as I can remember I’ve been talking about why don’t they teach how the media works in schools as a compulsory subject. That’s my take on it. There’s a reason why that doesn’t happen and it’s because it’s easier to do things like what’s happening today.

They would literally pull out company PR releases and then show a story in the paper where they highlighted how much of it was just literally just cut and pasted word for word.

I did a Bachelor of Communications where Journalism was one of my core subjects and this was going back to the early 2000’s and a lot of the older heads there were already devastated at what they could see Journalism was becoming. The PR led drivel that was overtaking real journalism.

Here’s an insight that no one else has ever raised before that is completely unique to me. If an enemy of the US wanted to covertly do as much harm as possible, how would it look different to what’s happening already.
