tbh these days the only reason i find it actually upsetting is bc every day i encounter real, life threatening issues. meanwhile someone else is living a life where their biggest priority is. going to bother a stranger on their strawpage. like can we put this energy into something useful pls

i want to steal this traffic cone so bad
idk if this is a halloween thing?? i either didn't notice the gnomes before, or don't understand the local seasonal importance of gnomes
there are....a lot of people with gnome decor in this town?? like lots of "gnome sweet gnome" front door signs. a few blocks down someone just has a giant vertical sign with fall colors that says GNOME. near downtown there's a palatial front yard with like 6 ceramic gnomes holding walkway lights

yeah i'm just like. damn what are they teaching them in those graduate degrees😅 transdermal hormone administration is Incredibly common, even if its unrelated to dietary stuff. actually low dose testosterone is also starting to become a pretty significant part of post-menopausal hrt!! which is neat

esp given how often i see postmenopausal women get referred to dieticians for osteoporosis, etc....in conjunction with estradiol therapy. which most people prefer to do transdermally since it's got a lower clotting risk 😅
