Ce n'est pas "juste une panne". C'est la 3e fois en 2025 qu'un géant du cloud s'effondre (après AWS et Google).

→ Centralisation excessive = point de défaillance unique
→ Kubernetes ≠ solution magique
→ "Cloud-first" sans plan B = risque majeur

• Perte immédiate de 30% de capacité
• 18h : Tentative de migration de trafic → ÉCHEC TOTAL

• 12h pour tout rétablir
