Took my last oxycodone. My pain hasn’t been too bad. The itching is annoying. Hoping the OTC drugs are all I’ll need to manage the rest of my recovery pain. Anyone else have experience with pain after reduction surgery?

Just went for a walk at the lake. I didn’t go too far, but my circulation and lungs needed it. Back at the hotel with my feet up for a bit.

Breast reduction recovery journey: Today we switch hotels, we’ve checked out of one, now we need to figure out what to do until we can check into the next. I’m super sleepy, maybe I’ll nap with an occasional lap around a store for movement.

Teens are painting pottery with their aunt and uncle. I managed to get out of the cabin to go coat shopping with my husband now that I can find coats that will fit my new boobs. Grabbing some pepper Jax and heading back home to take my next pain med dose and maybe nap

My extremely talented teen was accepted to ANOTHER art school with highest honor merit scholarship awarded 🤩 I’m so freaking proud of her, but still trying to figure out how to pay for the rest of the balance. 😵💫

Surgery went well. I was out of the surgery center right on time. Dr said he took 6 pounds off me 😳 Can’t believe that’s how much weight I was carrying around on my chest. Pain is manageable so far, we’ll see if that changes tomorrow. No matter what, I’m excited to have smaller boobs!

Finally finished the crochet hat I started in October. It didn’t work out for the original plan, so I shifted gears and this is where it took me. Nothing fancy about this one, just practical.

My oldest got her first art school acceptance letter. $28K/year merit scholarship at the board of trustees level, which I believe is the highest award 🤩🤩🤩 I’m so freaking proud of her. Now to figure out how to pay for the rest of it 😵💫 Art School is not cheap.
