Nice night out on a boat in Greenland last night.
What a bizarre thing to say
Moments like these, cooking dinner over an open fire, sitting on the shores of the amazing Fort Peck Reservoir in Montana, watching a storm roll through at sunset into a beautiful rainbow. Moments like these are why I’m so passionate about being outside and seeing the world around us.
Forever dreaming of Greenland
Protect America's Wild Spaces
Just got home from Botswana, forever changed
America's public lands are perhaps the single greatest asset our country has. Protected wilderness, open space parks, BLM, Forest Service, and grazing lands are without a doubt our richest resource, and aside from generating *literally* trillions in revenue, they're also vital for our survival.
This is why we have Pride Month: because in many places simply the act of loving someone of the same sex can result in years of attacks culminating in a murder. This is a devastating, and senseless, loss.

RIP Jonathan Joss.
I've recently started a new project called "Film The Wild." A collection of peaceful, long-form clips from the most beautiful places in the world set to relaxing music. Perfect for studying, yoga, bedtime, etc.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, or ANWR, in springtime. Approximately 0°F.

This is Djupfjordbrua in Norway :)
Now that’s what I call a bridge
It’s less that Twitter is great, and more that Bluesky is not
So you’re fine with “more servers = more pollution” as long as those servers are at YouTube instead of Bluesky?
Oh hmmmmm that actually would be an interesting solution
Yeah, getting away from Suckerberg is a major benefit for sure
Huge selling point 😂
It is impossible for one’s personal preferences to be wrong, grow up
Yeah, unfortunately as a professional photographer and filmmaker I can/will never get used to awful image compression. I refuse to.
