They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.

Will people stop treating the Trump Ukraine mineral deal like serious diplomacy please? First, it is extortion. Second, it is dumb. There is no proof they have rare earths and many of their minerals are in regions the Russians control. Third, it is just Trump PR, very likely unimplementable.
