I think I was nervous bc usually the training instructor read the pamphlets etc. this time they called me employees out to do the reading. And of course I got picked to read a section. My job is very public facing so I can power through when needed.
I much prefer my hermit shell at home though. lol

I found myself rocking my hips back and forth while standing at work in a group circle. I noticed the stimming and wondered if anyone else noticed. Luckily nobody seemed to get frustrated by it (no none said anything).

So apparently my in laws kept my wife’s baby crib (solid real wood)in storage, and it’s still in good condition. Looks like we found the first hand me down (in a good way). Cribs are so expensive…. Ugghh lol.

My mask makes it so that I always put the comfort of other people ahead of my own. It's something that I'm working on a bit every day because how I feel mentally and physically matters to me.

I really hate when I get acid reflux in throat from chocolate. And then accidentally inhale at same time. Choking is not fun. Now I have a headache…….and I still have 3.5 hrs of work to go…….

For the thing they were telling me about (during passdown) there’s multiple different ways that it could’ve happened and I wasn’t sure which way they meant. So I was seeking clarification and they did not provide any clarification at first, which was very frustrating.

Needless to say that upset me a little bit. I very politely advised them “I’m not a mind reader and not everyone understands things the same way you do, so don’t be upset at me for not understanding”. They said they weren’t upset but acknowledged that not everyone understands the same.

I used your “I’m not a mind reader “ line you mentioned In stream today. I got to work and a coworker was giving me pass down. I asked what they meant about something. Their response was “what do you think I meant” and then said the same thing the same way.

I just love when I’m having a conversation with someone and while I turn my head to look at a screen, they just walk out of the room without saying anything…..

I’m told this person is autistic as well. I can kinda see it. But at least say “hey, I’ll brb” or something.
