I love the game Unpacking but I hate all the flashing indicators that you can't turn off. Like I just want to take my time and tinker with the placement of things without flashing stars everywhere. :( I use post-it notes to hide them on my monitor. I wish they would make it optional.

Finished the coziest apartment clean. When you make your space work for you and YOUR needs, suddenly everything just works. It’s taken YEARS to figure it out and it’s not perfect but damn was that satisfying. 🥰

It’s been so interesting and helpful listening to the experiences other Autistics have been having with CBT. I’ve been having so many similar feelings that I’ve been chatting through with a friend and I feel like a follow up video when I’m done the course will be in order. 🤔

#ASD #WorkplaceAccommodations: Noise-cancelling headphones. Whether it's talking on phones, printers printing, or just the coffee machine going, the office can be a loud place. In a factory or outdoor setting, it may be significantly worse. ANC headphones may improve focus and reduce overwhelm.

Just because someone is doing something similar to what you are doing doesn't mean there isn't still room for you. The world still needs your unique magic. There are times I wish I could go back and tell myself that when I felt like people were copying me and I was losing it. Just my thoughts. 💜
