The last few days at work, I’ve been feeling run-down and headachy. I just assumed it was the change in weather getting to me.

Today, I realized I accidentally bought decaf coffee pods to use in the break room Keurig.

It’s not the weather, I’m just been literally experiencing caffeine withdrawal.

Lately I’m caught between a real desire to hit the go button on a stream, and the fatigue and lack of creativity from overwork at my day job keeping me from doing so.

I might be overthinking it a bit, I just want to figure out how to bring some fresh energy into my content.
