Cause it took so long to get here. I’m more gentle and silently encouraging myself to keep going and giving myself praise for doing something out of my comfort zone. Small wins to celebrate are so important and it is giving me hope that I will be okay.

Life update:

It feels surreal to FEEL positive for once. I don’t know how to process it that I almost feel guilty for having this feeling with our social climate spiraling rapidly and how we are nose diving straight into fascism /sweat.

I feel…good about myself for once and I want to cry…
