Myahster makes skins for Java, Bedrock, and Dungeons.
Java and Bedrock skins are virtually the same format, although Bedrock skins allow for more transparency as well as 128x128 resolution. Although I prefer to make standard 64x64 skins.

Custom skins for Minecraft: Dungeons require the use of a mod by the Dokucraft team which is only available on the desktop version of the game. While the mod's website allows you to upload and reformat a skin texture yourself, it DOES NOT format it correctly. I offer to fix the mistakes and provide a properly reformatted skin for you to use.

I found some other screenshots of that Izzy model. Plus a pirate one. Although that's from a separate model (its arms and torso are longer)

Izzy's leather armor gives him cowboy accessories.

Izzy in Netherite armor.
While a work in progress, the helmet and chestpiece are complete.
This version was partly a costume, as the leggings changed the brown fur of Izzy's legs to black fur with light gray hooves.
And the boots add a small shackle.

The visor of the helmet glows orange.

My version of Netherite shares its colors with the Ancient Debris, being a reddish brown instead of the dark gray of vanilla Netherite.

This pirate outfit is actually a different model, made for a cancelled(?) pirate-themed event hosted by a friend.
