Mit Palantir geben wir zentrale Software unserer Sicherheitsbehörden an einen dubiosen BigTech-Konzern, dessen Gründer Antidemokrat & Trump-Fan ist.

Und deutsche Behörden wissen nicht mal genau, wie dessen Software funktioniert.

Das Bundeskabinett darf morgen kein grünes Licht dafür geben.

Die Argumente für die Chatkontrolle überzeugen nicht.

Im Gegenteil:

- Kriminellen öffnet man so Tür und Tor & schafft ihnen neue Möglichkeiten.

- Kinderschutzorganisationen erklären, dass anlasslose Screenings aller Kommunikation „weder verhältnismäßig noch zielführend“ sind.

Mit der Chatkontrolle können unsere privaten Nachrichten zukünftig ohne jeden Verdacht durchsucht werden.

Das ist ein Angriff auf Privatsphäre, aktive Zivilgesellschaft & den demokratischen Rechtsstaat.

Die Bundesregierung muss am 14. Oktober mit „Nein“ stimmen.

Diese Woche droht mit Zustimmung zu #Chatkontrolle & #Palantir fataler Doppelschritt zum digitalen Überwachungsstaat.

Das darf nicht passieren. Denn:

- beides greift massiv in Grundrechte ein

- stellt einer Regierung mit Rechtsextremen die Instrumente zur Unterdrückung schlüsselfertig bereit.

Trans women are women.
Trans men are men.
Nobody should face any scrutiny for not identifying with their assigned gender.
HRT and Gender affirming care in general should be part of universal health care worldwide.

I'm never gonna take anyone seriously who claims to be offended by the existance of trans people. Punching down on a group that has little to no ways of defending itself truly shows how far american (and to some extent western-) society has fallen from the days of acceptance

I will never understand why people are against the very existence of trans people. How the fuck does it affect someone else's life if someone chooses to get gender-affirming care or, god forbid, dress the way they want to so they feel the most comfortable and suit their true identity.
