If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program.
The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.

Recently several SAMMI devs quit the program and it was taken over by one particular developer that is very much pro AI. He has a history of AI use and has recently changed policies relating to AI in the program development space.

Anyone using SAMMI may want to reconsider. The new lead Dev silently changed the policy to allow AI art to be used in official spaces again and when called out upon, told users to stop using SAMMI if they weren't happy about it.

Deleted the main post, as the developers insists AI isn't used in Mimesis, but I am going to leave the rest of this thread up, because the developer is still using generative AI in their other games, to make art, assets and such.
They're being super ambiguous and not labelling the game as using AI, probably to bolster wishlists, which would make them rise in the charts and be recommended to more people, but this aint their first rodeo
