Phil's denial still makes zero sense in that without the tweet being about Saudi Arabia, there is no joke. Unless you think Punk is homphobic (the 'suck a dick' part), which I don't believe he is. So the entire tweet actually hinges on the blood money referenced, which is about Saudi.

When Punk was in AEW, he wore 2 different t-shirts to the ring with Pro-Choice messages and 1 supporting SAG during the strike. On TV.
