I don’t think these are meant to be dog whistles because she DOES associate with people who’ve openly said they don’t hang out with racists.

But I’ve seen Jewish creators say “hey this is weird” in regards to the jewelry and while k don’t agree that it’s intentional. It’s still potentially harmful.

i don’t really feel too bad about Taylor getting racist & n*z* allegations because if she just actually SPOKE UP about shit that mattered (BEFORE she was pressured by fans!!) then no one would wonder. Like yes she’s endorsed dems & donates but like, she routinely keeps quiet & this is the outcome

But if you have an issue with ANYONE perceiving it as that, then address it. Her being racist wouldn’t even be coming across people’s minds if she’d speak out more against racism.

I’m also again, willing to believe this is all unintentional. But that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be addressed? You can make a mistake and come back and correct it. “Oh that necklace is being viewed as a NAZI DOG WHISTLE?! Let me pull it and rework the design.” It’s that easy. She could do it.
