I swear to god I did not. He works in that area as a gravedigger, and you have to get him a light gun, to which he'll let you have his shovel in return, and you use it to dig that grave there.

It's hard to find some of the ones I've seen back then. One I'm thinking of had Capcom being represented as an evil Street Fighter robot about to kill Megaman, before he was saved by Beck. The ones I can find are still tragically funny, though

If you want to look at poorly aged things, just look at Mighty No 9 comics that people made long before the game came out. They often revolve around the evil Capcom Man beating up/imprisoning Megaman, who tells Beck "dw you'll carry my legacy", and Beck then looks at the sunset while Inafune smiles
