Traffic light at Western/103 has been out since at least 330pm and has gone from blinking red to dead, as night falls. Why can't we get at least a couple cops to direct traffic? It's a scary place to cross the street even when the light is working.

Twelve years ago I was about 7 months pregnant, went in for a non-stress test, and was holding a very tiny baby less than 2 hours later! My firstborn is almost a teenager, hard to believe it!
