The #Moto3 and #Moto2 races have been amazing. Not sure if #MotoGP can even live up to this quality. #AustralianGP. Time for a Tea refresh before I settle down to watch it.
Just ordered a refillable deodorant from saltoftheearthnatural.com. Been seeing good reviews about them, so thought I’d give them a try. Being refillable buying from them should mean less plastic going into landfill, if it’s as good as the reviews indicate so I actually buy the refills. #WorthATry
Catching up on the #MotoGP, 2 & 3 races that happened in the early hours my time. I’m set for a few hours of exciting entertainment. 🤫 #NoSpoilers #AustralianGP
A heads up for #StarTrek fans, or the curious, in the UK, “Strange New Worlds” hits ITV today! A good chance to start watching this show if you haven’t seen it yet.
Good to wake up and see the footage from America of the #NoKings protests. Huge participation! Hopefully it makes a difference and those in power realise they need to do what they were actually elected to do, instead of sucking up to Trump and destroying their country. #TheWorldIsWatching
Weekend has finally started after a crazy week at work. #MotoGP and #F1 racing to enjoy so I'm all set. And as I have Monday booked off a nice long one too. 😀
Had a stressful day today, so much so that I ended up having to take a 10 minute walk off site to clear my head before I could do anything else.
The more I read about the political situation in America, the more I want an alternative to the tech giants based in America to be available. Are the computers, mobile phones and most of the internet we use going to stay safe to use? Will we have to take a functional back step to safely go forward?

Everybody's seen at least one Jurassic Park movie, but have you read the novel that started it all? Let's take a look at the book that resurrected the dinosaurs, launched a franchise, and gave us Ian Malcolm...

It's the climax of the Shadow War, and it's a few of the best moments of Babylon 5 across the entire series. Let's discuss season 4, episode 6: "Into the Fire"

Started watching #LegoStarWars Rebuild the Galaxy: Pieces of the Past this evening. 2 episodes in and I’ve been really enjoying it so far. Very silly and fun as you would expect from Lego Star Wars. Will probably finish it off tomorrow, hopefully it sticks the landing.
Just been for my lunch walk to help clear my head after a busy morning. Shame the weather is grey, cold and drizzly making it not as pleasant as it should be.
Had some Orio cookies last night after dinner. I used to eat packets of them in a sitting, now I find they taste very chemically, not nice. #TastesChange

The final speech from The Great Dictator (1940), delivered by Charlie Chaplin, is one of cinema’s most famous humanitarian appeals. The speech ends with hope: a vision of a world where science and progress serve humanity, not destroy it.

Watching a little #StargateSG1 over dinner, S6E17. I think there was a need to save some budget on this one.
Liking the look of this, and we finally have a release date! Until this trailer I wasn’t sure this show would work, I now am. Looking forward to being able to watch it. #StarTrekAcademy youtu.be/PAGzRczDYpc

With no F1 or MotoGP racing on, it’s going to be a very lazy day of reading! I have a backlog of short stories from @reactorsff.bsky.social to read, which should keep me occupied for the day.
Think tonight I’ll be watching #Godzilla vs Biollante from 1989. Have now reached the point in my Japanese Godzilla watch through where I’ve not seen these films before.
Just finished reading “Record of a space born few” by #BeckyChambers, book 3 in the wayfarers series. I absolutely loved this one. After struggling a bit with the 2nd book in the series, I found this one was as good as the first book. I’m sad to say goodbye to this group of characters.
Anyone else having problems with their #KoboClaraColour locking up and rebooting the last few days? Has there been an auto update I’ve not noticed, as mines done it for 3 days in a row now.
Last load of laundry started, time to get lunch, watch a little something while I eat, then an afternoon with a good book.
