A companion piece to a picture posted yesterday: Ryuhiko stands before a place of divinity, imbued with the light of the living while clutching a relic of some kind; it glows in his hand, and his mother is perched upon the opposite in the form of the bluebird as though guiding him. Her face is barely readable, but her mouth is open as though screaming and crying in discontent.

That’s exactly what I’m pondering about. Bc some advise against it, seemingly the experts are very torn on the matter. That the gains from running will be lost often because your apetite increases.
