Exactly. And when all was said and done, there were relatively few signed prints made in his lifetime. We often worked with photojournalists late in their lives to make signed prints for their legacies

It is signed by Gordon Parks on the back of the print as was his custom. He only started making signed prints in the late 1990s. Indeed there are pri ts from LOC but the signed prints from his original negative are valued by collectors. We acquired many signed prints from him during his lifetime.
