As an artist I also have to figure out what sells at markets & events. Crochet has become huge on temu/shein so a lot of us try to make those same items and educate people that it is all handmade. We are all suffering with online places selling sweat shop items for cheaper.
I want to see the really cool intricate items that can only be made by 3D printing, painting & adding so many details by hand. those are the items that should be at the artist markets not the ones that have become oversaturated. I love 3d printing of all types and I do see it as an art form.
I know how much effort it takes to learn 3D printing. Even if you are purchasing files to print you still gotta learn an entire new machine & software. However some items that you see everywhere like the fidgets creatures that have become oversaturated maybe leave that for a not artist market.
