Just a heads-up, but I was told today by customer support at the USPTO's Certified Copy Center that the service goals (e.g., process your request within a week) are "null and void" due to budget cuts.
Might want to order those certified provisional applications ASAP.

I've definitely had a few academic options offered, but I prefer doing seminars for this reason.
An observation: US public law scholarship is way too long. For so many articles, it's like the author has picked a topic and wants to tell us everything they think about the topic, rather than focusing on making an argument, telling an insightful story, etc. Even very prominent pieces do this.
