I refuse to watch the FIFA draw at Kennedy Center. And i find it extremely disappointing that everybody just shows up. You guys look back at the 1936 Olympics and grimace at hitler. This really isn’t much different. What awful people.

@zequ.bsky.social i’m sure you know this and they’re not the only ones who rip off artists so..
Spotify has laid off thousands in recent years, while reportedly paying artists $0.003 per stream.

Spotify profits rose 28% in Q3. Its CEO is worth $9.8 billion. It's making money off ICE recruitment ads.

Don't you think it's time put a wrap on corporate greed and exploitation?

The Musk/Trump chainsaw massacre called DOGE. The fallout is huge across
the board, around the world, for millions of people but exact numbers: nobody knows. We do know that one of the DOGE bros uncles was a KGB agent. You know, the kids that had access to everything.

You have the right to record ICE.

You have the right to film any operation happening in public as long as you do not interfere or impede it.

Your camera is proof, but keep a safe distance. KEEP RECORDING.

Fossil fuels are more expensive and far less efficient than renewable sources of energy and doubling down on them raises prices.

Trump’s efforts to revitalize the coal industry is saddling consumers with the costs of swaddling an expensive and dying industry.

Reminder that Starbucks’ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024.

This was the widest CEO-to-Worker pay gap in the entire S&P 500.

And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers?

Remember: Almost all of us are the descendants of immigrants who fled persecution, or were brought to America under duress, or sought better lives for themselves and their descendants.

Politicians who stoke fear and hatred over immigration want you to forget this.

Do not.

Walmart and McDonald’s are among the top employers of workers who rely on food stamps.

McDonald's CEO raked in $18.2M last year — over 1,000x the company's median employee pay.

Walmart's CEO pocketed $27.4M — 930x the company's median employee pay.

See the problem?

How we beat back the corporate takeover of America:

1. Break up corporate monopolies

2. Continue building union power

3. End Citizens United and get big money out of politics

Let’s keep working to unrig the system.

Yep. That’s what it takes: someone brave with principals who realizes what’s at stake. What he’s doing should be the norm. Alas, there are many cowards.
When Mark Kelly spoke to the troops, he wasn’t talking politics. He was reinforcing the pillars of a free country.👇

The EPA will approve two new pesticides containing “forever chemicals” and relax a reporting rule for companies who make products with forever chemicals.

The moves come after a $60 million lobbying blitz from the forever chemical industry.
