My first attempt at making sourdough bread was a great success! Crisp on the outside and soft and springy on the inside. I used heritage wheat from Sunrise Flour Mill. It was a long and sometimes confusing process, but now having done it, the next one will be easier. #sourdough

My new bird feeder cam. It's been very busy with so many different birds! It records a video any time it sees bird motion. I didn't know that my Bluebirds had returned. Here are Mr & Mrs Bluebird. I love this thing! I have to admit it...I am a Bird Nerd #birds #birdphotography #CapeCod #ornithology
